If I recall from family who lived in Hawaii for
10 years "haoles" is an insult to non-Hawaiians.

As for CONUS, it does not *require* extra, just
makes it clear that if a destination that is outside
the cont. USA is extra then the buyer is responsible.

The single USPS flat rate box illustration does not
cover shipping a Hallicrafters SX-96 to you I am
certain -- USPS seems to raise their prices every
week and they surely will charge a whole lot more
for a Halli to Hawaii than a Halli to Houston.
