[ForSale-Swap] CONUS?

Sometimes its legitimate but, IMO, I think its for the
"coolness" factor. I think it makes (some, not all)
people feel important if they use buzz words and
special messages in their e-mails, just like footers
on e-mails that proclaim that the message is "Virus
Free".

But thats just my opinion.
