      Yup, I know that, which goes back to my original statement, which is 
that if the seller is real honest, and
is doing any amount of business on E-Bay, it's not an issue to get CC 
service and pay even less for the privilege
of getting paid immediately.  We've had discussions about certain 
individuals who sell on e-bay and are well-known
as having less than honest dealings with others.  If they were using their 
own CC service, they'd quickly go out of business
because they would never get paid.  If its a high dollar item and they 
won't (or can't) accept your CC then ask for an escrow
trade.  Your money goes to a third party and you get the gear.  If it's not 
what you expect or want, then you can send it back.
If someone won't allow that, then you can assume that they are not someone 
that you want to deal with.
