[ForSale-Swap] VHF/UHF sweep generator SG-677/U

OK, some ambiguity here.  Using the USPS web tools I can enter teh 
weight and zip codes (eg 98502 to 60602) and it will tell me 7.70 for 
priority flat rate 2 to 3 days (too good to be true, perhaps) or 33.70 
parcel post 6 days.  Assume 33.70 is correct so you don't get 
blindsided.  I will charge only the actual.
