Got a HQ-100 in a trade and although I have more than enough projects, I
thought "neat !" and dug into it. After replacing 1 bad tube, finding and
fixing 2 really bad cold/broken solder joints, and replacing both bad
gain pots with good AB sealed units, it plays a little. While trying to
tune it up, found that one of the 455Khz IFs has a jammed core. It now
needs a new IF transformer, my mood has changed, and I want to work on
other things. It's really a nice looking radio (no clock), I can send
pictures. How about $50 plus shipping. or swap me some TCS stuff.
