[ForSale-Swap] Wanted: Dead HF Solid State Amp

I need a dead 500W-1KW Ham HF-band solid state amp, something with
defunct-and-impossible-to-find or impossibly-expensive transistors that
render it not worth fixing.

What I mostly need is to harvest the bandpass filters for the amp I am
building, though reuse of some of the other circuitry (vswr pickup,
metering, case, heatsink, voltage and current surge protection, etc.
would be nice if possible).
