I purchased this mast several months ago with the 
intention of putting a small 2 meter beam on it.  Health 
problems prohibit me from doing much outside work so I 
had rather someone enjoy it than just letting it sit in my 
garage.

Description: Military surplus aluminum mast tubing, 
approximately 47 in. long by 1.785 in. outside dia., wall - 
0.11 inch, weight - 2.7 lbs each. The last 3.25 in. is a 
smaller diameter (1.55 in.) that then fits into the next 
mast section. This 1.55 in. piece is 6 in. long and is 
used as an inner sleeve that forms a strong joint. This 
lot of 10 pieces stacked together form a vertical mast of 
36 feet. The pieces slide together easily with close 
tolerances.  Originally dark green (olive drab) paint, now 
with scratches/chips/rub marks evident.  These were 
originally 48 inches long but have been shortened as a 
result of removing damaged ends. This is high-grade 
aluminum, not the softer type used in normal amateur 
antenna elements and booms.
