I purchased this at FRYES in Portland, Oregon and 
have used it very little.  It is still a currently available 
product for around $90 . Manufacturer's description:

Works fine with Windows 98, software included.  No 
paperwork or packaging (I have misplaced it) but it is 
really a no brainer.  Just plug in the card, install the 
software, hook up  your video source, tv antenna, cable 
wire, video camera, vcr etc and you are in business.

The manufacturer has made a driver available for this 
for windows XP and can be d/l from their site.  I might 
still have it already d/l and will be glad to include with the 
other software if you want it.
