[ForSale-Swap] AMperex 110 amp-QST review or manual wanted

I have an Amperex 110 2 meter amp, but no paperwork
for it.  I would be interested in a photocopy of the
manual, if anyone has one, or even a copy of the
product review from the March 1979 QST.  I will of
course pay photocopying and mailing costs, and a
little extra for your trouble.
