[ForSale-Swap] Tower Question

Got a problem.  I'm erecting a 60' Rohn 25g tower.  Realizing I'm going
to need guy wires, I need to purchase the assemblies which go around the
three legs of the tower at the 30' and 60' levels and which then attach
to torque arms and then the guy wires.

Anyone know what these things are called?  Better yet, anyone have a
soruce for purchasing these, along with the torque arms?
