Hello
I have a Fluke Universal Counter/Timer Model 7260A.  This unit has two input
channels, inputs from DC to 125MHz.  Now, obviously you can't measure the
'frequency' of DC but a DC signal can be used to activate the timer
function. 10MHz Internal Xtal timebase is easy to calibrate to
WWV or other precision timebase.  Timebase inputs/outputs.

This is a compact Laboratory Grade instrument with too many features to list

Unit is in very good cosmetic and electrical condition.  No manual.
