Thanks to everyone who replied about the FT225RD. I have
made a deal for and it is no longer available.
I do have a few more items that are available for sale or will
consider trade. These are:
1. Motorola Mitrek T81JJA2900CK 6-meter 110w radio
tuned up on 52.525MHz includes a cable, mic and
Motorola speaker, tuned up and working. $65 +UPS
2. Galaxy SSB Comm 1C HF SSB transceiver. This is
a 'cold war era' radio tunable to four crystal-controlled
frequencies, presently 3 out of 4 are on a 4.2xxMHz
'channel' as it was used for civil defense comms by
Salt Lake County emergency management. Working
and in a 9 of 10 condition, includes the remote power
power supply. This is a neat radio that would serve
well for emergency work on a fixed frequency. Asking
$75 +UPS
3. US Army surplss J-36 "bug" semi-automatic key. This
is a very interesting key made by Lionel in New York.
It is not in very good condition. It was stored on a
shelf in a garage for years and is dirty. The round side
of the paddle is missing as is the balance weight and
the two knurled nuts that attach the wires to the key.
The plastic label is barely attached and warped. It
would probably provide some good parts for restoring
another one or, could possibly be restored with some
work. $25 +UPS
4. MFJ-1274 Packet TNC. w/manuals. Good condition.
$75 +UPS
I am interested in a MFJ-451 CW keyboard, FT411E HT or
older laptop computer, 386 or 486 w/color display, good
battery and at least a 3-1/2" floppy drive all working in good
condition.
Thanks for reading - I check my e-mail often and will reply
ASAP.
