[ForSale-Swap] Help> Need info on US customs charges

I have two WW II radios that were in pretty near mint condition from
pre-shippment pictures.  One arrived in a bashed open military shipping crate.
The other arrived with a cast iron aerial base smashed and the radio in a mess.
They survived WW II and Korea, but not UPS. I have had essentially no problems
when shipped by mail and decently packed. Yes, mail sometimes throws packages,
but the gorillas seem less powerful. And, they don't charge for the bashing.
