[ForSale-Swap] Help> Need info on US customs charges

Ken, I never have had to pay anything to "import" radio gear from Canada.  I
haven't bought that much, but enough that I should have been "tagged" if
that was the case.  I think all the parcels have even come U.S. Mail, so I
would think be more likely to have been caught?
