[FLham] My BPL Comments to the FCC

Several of you have been unsuccessful....

The FCC website may be "down" - perhaps overwhelmed by responses to 
03-104 (I sure hope so)

We have until the 20th to make comments, I will try to figure out if 
this is a question of computer incompatibility or their site having a 
problem, I would suspect like the majority of us, their web staff does 
not work on weekends - it may be Monday...

I know there are times the licensing site goes down for a couple of days 
so perhaps this is a similar problem...
