I just sent this via:

http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/

and SUBMIT A FILING at the top right...

HOWEVER - the FCC web site does not WORK!

I tried filling in their "form."

I also tried submitting comments as a FILE.

In both cases all I get is an ERROR message when I try to CONFIRM
and get a receipt for the coments!!

I have spent a long time on this. Saving amateur radio is worthwhile,
BUT this is getting exasperating!

DOCUMENT SAVE FAILED. PLEASE RE-SUBMIT THE COMMENT.

filename='/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/prod/ecfs/10025_1060459598.efs'

unix_cmd = /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/prod/ecfs/putdoc -6

Callback called exit.

WHAT do we do NOW Jim?

Ref:  Docket #03-104

Harmful interference to the Radio Amateur service and all of
the other high frequency services are CERTAIN to result from
your allowing Broadband Over Powerline (BPL) transmissions
to take place.

Please stop this national disaster BEFORE It happens!

Commissioners, I have studied this matter in depth,
and I will be outraged if you proceed with allowing
deployment of this system that is not only in violation
of international rules against interference, but which will
bring to an end the amateur radio service as we know it.
I CANNOT believe you would even consider such a terrible
proposal. The figures speak for themselves. I am sure that
you have received many more techinical comments from
others by now.

WHY would you destroy an international treasure like
amateur radio which I enjoy so much?

Sincerely,

Brian Carling
