To all radio amateurs

This is the follow-up to the USPN Flex32 tutorial, guiding you through the
installation and setup of the excellent Paxon terminal software that works
so well with Flex32.

The web-site, installer program and help files for Paxon are all in German,
but the program comes up in English. This new tutorial will guide you
through the web-site and installation process, leaving you after your first
packet connection with Flex32 and Paxon.

As with the USPN tutorial for Flex32, there are screen-shots that take you
through every step of the installation and setup.
