I assume you are installing FlexNet32 here, and that the laptop (PC's)
are running Windows NT, 2000, or XP.
Here's an idea ... What about the possibility of running Windows 95 or
98 on the laptop (PC's) instead ... That way you could run the original
PC/FlexNet (not FlexNet32) and utilize the hostmode module it offers,
perhaps then you can make your rcklog work for you.
I've never used RCKLOG, but there are other DX Cluster programs that
do work with the TFEMU host mode module and PC/FlexNet. Do a search
on google for flexnet and DX clusters, there should be a fair amount
of info on that.
FBB is run that way on the *older* windows systems, and I'm sure there
are several guys on this list that have used the host mode with good
results.
HOWEVER, the only problem here is that I don't rember if you can
use AXUDP in PC/FlexNet. I thought only AXIP was supported.
Anyone else on the list want to work with me on this ?
