Flex32 docs in English are available at:   http://www.northeastflexnet.org/

The Paxon tutorial at:  http://www.uspacket.net   in the "Tutorials" section
will help you get Paxon set up and running.

Unfortunately, I do not know of a source for Paxon docs in English. Once you
have it set up and running though, most of its features are pretty easy to
work with. They mayu not strictly be necessary. I get by without them just
fine.
