[FlexNet] English Documentation

I have been trying to use Flex32 and Paxon and one of the 
problems is the lack of english documentation. It sure would be 
nice if some kind soul would translate the docs.

I e-mailed Ken Williams GW3TMH, author of HamServ about the 
possibility of using his software with Flex32 and he said he'd 
love to have it work with Flex32 but is stuck because of the 
lack of english documentation.

I'm sure the same thing applies to other applications.
