[FlexNet] How to configure Flex32+Flex3.3g

Thanks for your mail,
but is not my problem,
I have not DXnet on DOS computer, 
DXnet is on Win98se running with Flex32 (6pack)
An all running ok....!!!

Now I whant to connect second PC (DOS+Flex 3.3g)
with other 3 modem COM1+COM2+LPT1
via ethernet with the first running WIN98se.

So....please help me on this matter...
