[FlexNet] How to configure Flex32+Flex3.3g

FYI:

The DOS version DxNET will run perfectly with DOS FlexNet 3.3g...
Unattended, remote sites, forever !  (DOS F6FBB BBS does same !)

However, for DxNET, we found that DOS Extended Memory Manager 
(EMM386?) has to be replaced with QEMM's memory manager.  

Once switched to QEMM, problems with software crashes vanished !  
Many thanks to Rich WB2QJA for finding the solution.
