No, you need the Flex32 package for using Flexnet in a 32-bit environment.
Have a look at http://www.afthd.tu-darmstadt.de/flexnet
for the Flex32 package. This consists a true 32-bit Flexnet for use with
Win9x, 2k and XP. The 6Pack driver is already included.
You dont�t need any loadflex.bat or autoexec stuff, as the control
center of Flex32 can be started out of Windows� autostart group.
