[FlexNet] Flexnet over win XP

Sorry but i need start flexnet in autoexec.bat, the problem that i have 
find in XP is that it not use autoexec.bat file on start system. How i 
need configure my system to star him with flexnet module??? I have a 
TNC2 and i use him in kiss mode with setkiss in the file 
"loadflex.bat"---call from autoexec.bat in win98.
I think is the same for win NT.
