[FlexNet] RMNC destination table exchange

Hello all.

I changed a PC/Flexnet node for a RMNC one. The neighbour node is also a
RMNC, both using version 3.3g

The new one is EC1I with ssid 6 to 10
The second is EA1O with ssid 2 to 10

With the old EC1I (PC/flexnet) both nodes exchanged the destinations table
without problems.

With the new one RMNC there aren�t  destination exchange.

The links are declared ok

In EC1I:

In both sides the links seems to be ok but no destinations exchange.

I remember read something about a bug in nodes with short callsigns (4
digits).

Any idea about the causes of this problem??.
