[FlexNet] transmit problem - TXdelay?

I have had the same problem using Flex32. Very short PTT switching periods,
no matter what the TXD value is.
OS was Windows98. Have tested it using the on-board Com-ports and  ISA
super-io card external com ports.
The same setup works OK under Flexnet3.3e in DOS mode (  SoundBlaster16 ).
Having no luck, switched to SV2AGW PE and have not investigated the problem
anymore....
On another computer however all is OK..
The mainboard is ASUS also, although I am not sure this is related to the
problem.
