[FLARES] Emergency Communication Trailers

I wonder if any groups are using custom designed and built Communication 
Trailers?  By that I mean did a company design and build to your specs, 
install equipment, etc.

If so ... who did it?  What equipment do you have installed (Amateur 
HF/VHF/UHF, 800 MHz, etc.)?  Attached tower?  Any additional features 
(satellite internet, VOIP, etc.)?

Looking for some ideas and always helps to see what other folks are doing.
