[FLARES] Seminole County EC

Just wanted to update everyone on the FLARES list.

I have stepped down as Emergency Coordinator for Seminole County
ARES/RACES.  Dick Fess, K4FUY, has been appointed our new EC.  Dick is a
former Seminole County EC and is presently the President of our newly
formed Seminole ARES/RACES Group, Inc.  I also believe Dick is a member
of this list.

Since his original tenure as EC, Dick has been our AEC, Administration.
