[FLARES] Additional Response to WCF

SFL ARES MEMBERS:
We continue to receive requests from various counties in WCF for volunteers.  It appears the best thing to do now is for any request coming from Charlotte Co. be coordinated with Ron Wetjen [wd4ahz at gte.net].  
I will coordinate requests from any other WCF county and all request from any county in SFL.  Please contact your EC and he will coordinate this work with me.
There have been several instances of people going places to help and finding out they were not needed when they got there.  If you contact Ron and he says to go to Charlotte Co.  then please go, but do not go without contacting him.
 We will start having special sessions of SFAN today following FMTN on 7242 KHz. at about 12:20 PM.  Please join us if you can.  We will try again after TPTN on 7242 KHz. about 5:15 PM.  If we can't communicate on 40 go to 3940 following Early Fast about 6:10 PM.
