Dale, you are not out of phase.
That said, I find I disagree with some of the VRC report - that's the one
to read, not just the BOD report.
NTS will likely end of as a revamped system with a different name.
Change is always difficult but the only constant is change.
We all need to sit down, take a deep breath and realize that there's an
easier and better way to do most things. (including the drive to work
which is what I must now do.)
Keep the dialogue going folks - it's healthy.
Send your comments to Frank and Sandy so that Frank has concrete thoughts
and numbers when he goes to the committee meetings and the BOD meetings.
