[Fists] FCC Petition for Rulemaking RM-11769 - Petition for Rulemaking eliminating Exclusive CW Subbands

I am cross-posting this to CWOPS, SKCC, and FISTS.  I saw this today in the
ARRL newsletter.  N0ECN has filed a petition to eliminate CW sub-bands and
reclassify them "symbol" sidebands with CW being just one of the "symbol"
modes.

I am not going to comment on this now as I have not had time to read the
