I know you are passing this on, however, 
I am wondering, is there a specific area of the band(s) to look for
those participating?

Is there a specific general call so others know you are participating
(like the popular: "CQFD") or the like?

I can understand why no time is addressed due to the characteristics of
these bands. That's a given.

The other rules are clear enough.
