[Fists] A Simple note on QSLing

I have a QSL from a French ham who was in Ivory Coast - his Ivory
Coast information was stamped on his card with an ink stamp. It was
accepted for DXCC. Maybe everyone else had the similar stamp!
The stamp was green with the call sign TU2 on it and the TU QTH.
Go figure!
