This might be a good time to use XMLog to print cards for you.
(On card stock from Staple's.)
Download XMLog for free at www.xmlog.com
Export your present log to an ADIF file, and import that to XMLog
It comes with several QSL layouts you can modify for yourself, or you can create your own
from scratch. It'll print QSL-specific information (including the other guy's address
which it looks up on QRZ.COM or whatever) automatically from the log to the cards-- no
transcribing necessary.
I'm an old hand with it, so let me know if you need help getting started. If you just
want a simple layout, sketch it and I'd be happy to do it for you and send you a
LAYOUTS.MDB file with
that in it. (Probably two layouts-- one for each address.)
