Hi,
> I was thinking the same thing. Even when I send SASEs I don't get 100%.
As a person guilty of not returning a QSL card, I will confess what
has happened. In my case, I did not have any QSL cards available to
reply with. My intentions had been to have some printed, but then
life happened... and I near forgot.
I'm trying to get some new cards made, now. The issue is that I have
to create TWO sets of cards. One for the old QTH, and now a new QTH.
That is a bit costly... unless I just send out a very low-quality
card. I don't like to do that, but perhaps that would be better than
not sending at all.
I confess this so that it might shed light on why some cards never
come when you've sent a request...
