[Fists] Direct e-mailing of FISTS Down Under etc

My notebook computer has just suffered a hart attack and is currently 
undergoing a transplant.

I posted the following on 1 February and received several responses.  
Could those who replied, please send their requests again to me direct, 
as I am not sure which I had recorded prior to the crash.  Anyone else 
is welcome to ask to be added to the distribution list.
