[Fists] CW continues...

Gee whiz, the anti-CW guys blame the ARRL for fighting to keep the code. The 
pro-CW guys blame the ARRL for fighting to give up the code. I guess it is 
just easier for everyone to blame the ARRL. The ARRL can't win with some. 
The truth is somewhere in between, far from those extremes. It all boils 
down to the fact that the FCC is the one that made the decisions.

The sky didn't fall when they made the no-CW tech. It didn't fall when they 
lowered the test speed to 5 wpm. The sky won't fall with the coming of the 
no-CW general or no-CW extra. We got a lot of good quality hams in through 
the no-CW path, and 5wpm path, many who I observed really learned CW after 
their initial license. Yes CW will continue because it is fun.

The fight is OVER, there is no going back. So let's switch from that 
fighting mode, to a new direction of encouraging hams to learn CW, and 
provide the instruction they need to learn and enjoy it. Think of how we can 
turn this into a positive thing.

Now go use it and keep those bands full of activity.
