[Fists] Geo info update

Hello FISTS,
 
I have gotten many requests for an address for Geo's family for condolence
cards. I talked to Geo's son a few minutes ago, and he suggested using his
address:

England
 
If anyone wishes to make a donation, he suggested the charity of CMT -
Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease, with which Geo's son-in-law, Glen, is
afflicted. There is a web page explaining CMT at http://www.cmt.org.uk.
Paul assured me he will take care of forwarding donations sent to his
address to help with CMT. 
 
The funeral is a private, family-only affair tomorrow, and Geo will be
cremated and mixed with the ashes of his predeceased wife, Ivy, at the
crematorium. 
 
I made a Friends Remembered page for Geo at http://www.eham.net, but it's
not posted yet, I guess they have to verify the listing before posting it.
Please go there and share your thoughts - I'll copy them and we will have a
memorial web page link on our FISTS web page (http://www.fists.org). If you
have any photos you'd like to share please send them to me and I'll put
them in the Keynote.
