[Fists] Novice bands - - Novices and Techs.

There are stations in the Novice bands that can't go in the General bands 
still.

One is KC2OBS, Jane from NJ.  She is a Technician.

She has been on 3719 kHz every night around 0000-0200Z.

She sends about 9 wpm, but she is a Technician and I give anyone who is a 
tech big credit for getting on CW.

She says she has been on CW for the past four months.

Great going I'd say - pass it around and see if we can give her some code 
practice.
