I generally send "CQ CQ CQ CQ DE K0HB", wait a few seconds for a response,
then repeat. I send my call only once or at most twice, to shorten the CQ.
 
Your example above looks like the 3x3x3 rule, and I'd certainly never sit
around and wait for you to complete that long sequence.
 
Also, I never call "CQ FISTS", nor do I answer anyone who calls "CQ FISTS".
I think FISTS is shooting itself in the foot with programs which encourage
FISTS members to have a preference for working only other FISTS members.
The result of these programs is that the group appears inbred and
disinterested in QSO's with non-FISTS.
