Yes, I've actually found it difficult sometimes to get the other op to qsy off
of .058 once contact is established.  I'll tell them to standby while I 
find a clear spot,  only to find they are
gone when I go back to .058.  That, or they just tell me that they're not 
going to
qsy,  in which case I give them a quick report for the log,  maybe exchange 
FIST#'s,
and bid them adieu.
