This won't help you, but FYI, my issue 4 addr label is perfect... the barcode is at the top, below which is the yyyy/mm'dd and Fists number, below that my name, and below that, city + state + extended zip code. Obviously it got here promptly (well, as fast as whatever postage class is used - I usually get all my issues late, and this one was no exception).
