I guess it's a real mess. Replies indicated:

N2FQ has not received 4 or 5.
NY2V received 4 "quite some time ago" but no 5.
KB6NU received combo 4/5 week of 13-18 September.
W0OOW received 4.
W2LJ has not received 4 or 5.
WB0QQT received combo 4/5 on 20 September.
N8UX has not received 4 or 5 yet.
Dave Shrader received combo 4/5 18 September.
K4UK has received the combo 4/5.

My wait for my Issue 4 and Issue 5
