[Fists] New Web Address for FISTS QSL Bureau

Hello FISTS Members:

Due to operational problems, we have changed the address of the FISTS QSL 
Bureau web site to:

	<www.fistsburo.org>

We will put a note on the old web page advising of this change as soon as 
we can.  So change your link or "Favorite" from 
<www.qsl.net/w4fcr/fists/fist.html>  to the new address <www.fistsburo.org>

The pages on the new address have been up-dated through today, July 31.  We 
leave tomorrow for our trip to the Maritime Provinces of Canada.  No 
up-dates will to the web pages will be made until we return around August 14.

Don't hold up mailing your cards and SASE's to the QSL Bureau, because the 
incoming mail will be accumulated in a "BIG" box at the Moneta Post 
Office.  I'll pick up the box or boxes when I return.

We plan to include some additional features in the QSL Bureau web site in 
the near future.  One will be a "Search" function which will allow you to 
type in the call of a member and be advised whether he or she has SASE's on 
file with the Bureau, or whether he or she QSL's direct only, or whether we 
haven't yet got SASE's from him or her.

A big thank you to Anthony, WM3T for his help in getting this new address 
operational.

It does help us decipher written calls if you include the FISTS number of 
the member the card is for on your QSL card.
