[Fists] A Proposal for Next Field Day

I agree with Hans in concept....one needs to be
challenged and extend one's skills to improve. I
believe FISTS should implement an alternate frequency
on each band (as exists at 7.058 and 7.028 on 40
meters)thus allowing for a "Novice class" area for
comfort of speed and competency. The FISTS motto
promotes PROFICIENCY. Dan's (KB6NU)idea also has great
merit and should allow the opportunity to encourage
