What *would* concern me though is the lack of response to emails. Have you
tried to find another email address for him? Try QRZ.COM and/or plain old
Google. I know sometimes people have multiple email accounts and one can sit
dormant for a while.

Also I know there is sometimes a great difference in the perception of the
elapsed time between when something is supposed to be done, and when it gets
done. From your point of view it's many many days. From his POV, it might be
a fast week has flown by.

I'm not in any way trying to defend this guy. I know nothing about him
personally. I do have quite a bit of experience dealing with shipments
abroad, and Ebaying in general.
