[Fists] Code Buddy Coordinator Gets Unusual Request

Here's a thought if he has a computer. Have him key a code oscillator and
feed the tone into his sound card and use a code recognition program to read
what he's sending. He could use CWCom (http://www.mrx.com.au/d_cwcom.htm)
for this. My impression from using it for a while is that it's not very
forgiving when it comes to reading what's sent. And it's free as well.
