A second "one last thing"....

Our most faithful elmer in the Code Buddy program, Karl N2KZ, has 
already used CWCom with a VE who lacks (or lacked) HF privileges. Karl 
sent out info to the list on 31 December, but given I had my private 
pilot flight test on 1 January, I let his good advice marinate in my 
Inbox. Maybe Hans could tell us if Bokonon has anything (preferably 
something decipherable) to say about pavements on the road to hell?
