Hi Robert:

I have dropped a copy of a manual I composed for my code students in the 
mail to you for your reference. Although I have already authored my 
beginners' manual, you are ahead of me in content and scope.

I concur that there is a huge need for a guide like this for beginners and 
seasoned operators alike.
Your outline is excellent. I would be pleased to contribute in any way I can 
towards this project. I applaud you for taking the reins to get it done.
