[Fists] ARRL membership decline...

Mike and all........The ARRL leadership has turned
their backs on the CW Ham community and those who have
exerted effort to obtain a license. The process
definitely has been a dumbing down for years.  I will
no longer belong or support such a back-stabbing ARRL.
